preteklo leto spada v posebno knjigo. nadaljevala sem z uresničevanjem moje dolgoletne želje in sem ga preživela nekje drugje, v "službi" drugih in madonca. če tako pogledam nazaj, sem največ zaslužila prav jaz. neprecenljiva življenjska izkušnja je bila to.
pa ne samo prvih 7 mesecev iztekajočega leta, tudi vsak nadaljnji mesec je prinašal svojstvene izzive. iskanje službe. selitev nazaj v "rodno" mesto. prebijanje skozi "odselitvene" krize ( na tiste postBurkinske mislim). osvajanje trikov pametnega telefona - jap, tudi tukaj so spremembe.
ne bi na dolgo pisarila. življenje nam pač vsak dan postreže s čem novim. počasi se navajam, da me ni več strah novih izzivov. spoznala sem, da pač nisem socialni debil in lahko preživim marsikje in hudiča, tudi marsikaj. ne bojim se več prihodnosti in nekako mi je vseeno kaj ta prinaša. veselim se vsakega dneva posebej, veselih trenutkov v njih in zadnje čase se precej veselim tudi tega, da bom na moje popoldanske sprehode kmalu lahko odpeljala še kakšno bitje (na 4ih nogah - da ne bo kakšnih čudnih razmišljanj in ugibanj).
torej - za to leto sem bogatejša za:
- drugo družino, ki je doma v Bobo Dioulassu,
- kup prijateljev in znancev, ki so prav tam,
- poskočno kolo,
- vesel motor,
- zaljubljeno in malo okrušeno srce,
- znanje tkanja na malih statvah,
- male trike igranja odbojke na asfaltu ob izredno visokih temperaturah,
- tresenje riti v afriških ritmih,
- velike djembe (me čakajo doli),
- prijatelje čez lužo,
- osnovno sporazumevanje v jeziku dioula (osnovno - res osnovno),
- kakšno francosko besedo več,
- recept in napotila za pripravo dobre potice,
- skrivnosti priprave in pasteriziranja jabolčnega soka,
- udobno gnezdece v mestu priložnosti,
- osnove samovabljenja na kosila s prijatelji,
- spoznanje, da so moji prijatelji in bližnji res najboljši na svetu,
- prepevanje par kombinatnih komadov,
- imam tudi nove superge :)
ah....zdej vam pa moji najdražji, samo še voščim.

my dear friends....for the two of you, who might be reading this one in english (and haza! you are NOT included, so please stop it right now!!!) i realised a few days ago - two exactly, that I kind of keep forgeting one friends birthday...well, it made me think a bit...but than I realised, that there is no chance of missing the 31st of december..the last day of this splendid year that's behind us.
so as people are used to do, it's time for a shor evaluation (well...sorry, in english it might be even shorter :) ).
the 2014 was a great continuation of the previous year, when I made this life changing decision of moving to Burkina Faso for one year...leaving everything and everyone "behind", not knowing what exactly will I be coming back (if ever...) :) well I made it back. wasn't really sure it was a good idea, still ain't, but I like it here anyway.
I found a job in my home town, so I kind of moved from our capital back here into this small town, where...well, to be honest...nothing really happends...but I found joy in this, and I have this strange habit that I grew to like...I kind of keep counting days to go back ti Burkina in september....
we'll see what happends...but since we're talking about this year and this is thisyears idea - it fits here, no?
well, to make it short (I'm sure you had problems just to get there - so here is your answer why I wont be doing this in french - althoug I should give it a try...)- this is why I keep saying that 2014 was a blast:
-I have a second family down in Bobo Dioulasso,
- I have a bounch of friends and met quite some people there also,- jumpy bike,
- one happy, shiny, orange motorcycle,
- a little bit crushed heart,
- I know how to weave,
- I learned all the small tricks of playing volley-ball on the cement,
- learned to shake my "bottom" in african rhytms,
- I have one hughe djembe that I left down there,
- I made friends with some great people from across the ocean,
- I can't really get lost with my poor knowledge of Dioula,
- learned a few new words in french,
- I learned how to make potica
- I found out some secrets how to make the best apple juice ever,
- I renovated (with help from my friends) my flat back home,
- learned how to invite myself for great lunches,
- realised once again, that my friends and family are the best ever and I love them infinitively,
- learned some new songs with my choir,
- last but not least - I have new trekking shoes :)
well..enough said...apart from everything else, all the joy and happiness, I wish you:

sincere looks in loyal friends (even those on 4 feet) / des regards sinceres et des amis loyale (meme avec 4 pieds)
calmness in critical moments / de la tranquilite dans moments critique
your own rock and plenty of peace / ton roch et beaucoup de la paix
