Greetings from Applestan

sunny sunday...great day to be spent outdoors...so I did some apple picking - rotten here, good there - we did some grindig and in they go - into the predding machine. the machine itself stands on an old bottom stand made of stone, which apparently dates 100 and more years backwards... so my grand grand grand parents used to make juice from the same apples 100s and more years ago in the same pressing machine...
so what we got was crazy sweet and tasty apple juice which we pasteurized on airon stove inside the kitchen...
ooo, there was even a moment when we were sipping coffee outside on the sun, wearing t-shirts...

gotta love farm life!
